Hi, I’m Lee, I’m a female owner of this construction company and most likely I’ll be your first point of contact. We have a full time crew, fixed office base and full time QS and Project Manager.

Your project is fully managed – keeping you in the loop every step of the way.

Unlike other companies the management of small projects often gets lost as the builder is too consumed with the building work!

Most issues with builders are often lack of communication. We believe we have that fully covered.

Groundwork

For any construction work the foundation is a huge key and vital part of the build.

ALL GROUNDS WORK

After we clear the site including any demolishing work. Marking out site, installation of drainage and other pipework.

BLOCK WORK & FOUNDATIONS

We start building our foundations, including poured concrete, screed flooring and insulation. Our work is also checked by an Engineer.

ALL STAGES OF BUILD MANAGED

After our block work is build, we start on the timber to support the roof. We can advise on many different types of roof types.

We speak to you about your general needs, we might ask you to send some photos over to us in order for us to view it before we call to your home in order to discuss your requirements. We provide you overview of how we work, what you can expect from our company.

ESTIMATION & PLANNING PERMISSION

After we have reviewed your property and discussed some options. We send you an estimation of work based on our conversation and your needs. We provide a detailed list of all the planned work. If you require planning that will be allowed for in the estimation. Once approved, the magic starts.

MOOD BOARDS AND MODELS

We will hand hold you through this whole process. Ensuring step by step we produce the best construction design as possible. We provide you some initial plans and concepts for your consideration. We ensure before we start with your renovation or building that you are fully satisfied on how we are going to proceed. Once approved we will provide you with a 3D model of your new home extension.

2: Constant Updates & Management. Lee will be your single point of contact. She will send you weekly reports on whatspp of what we have achieved during the week and what we hope to achieve the following week. So nothing is left to chance.
