• Prices shown are guide prices, are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and are intended to help you understand typical costs. Every project is different and the final price depends on your site, design, specification and planning requirements.
• Photographs, floor plans and visuals are for illustration and may show optional finishes or upgrades.
• We try to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

4. Consultations and quotations

• Initial consultations are free and carry no obligation.
• Any works will only proceed on the basis of a written quotation and a written agreement signed by both parties. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them.
• Where a written agreement exists between you and DesignRoom, its terms will take priority over these website terms.

5. Planning and regulations

We provide guidance on planning permission and building regulations based on our experience. Decisions on planning applications are made by the relevant local authority, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any application.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, designs, drawings, logos and graphics — is owned by or licensed to DesignRoom Construction Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Testimonials and third-party content

Client testimonials and videos reflect the experience of individual clients and are not a guarantee of the same result for every project. Our website may include links to, or embedded content from, third-party websites such as YouTube, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those services.
